Welcome Friend!

Hope you are having a great day, and if not…don’t worry! Tomorrow is just around the corner 🙂

So, you landed on my blog and are curious about who’s writing it. Well, nothing wrong with being curious.

Here’s who’s behind this small planet in the huge Space that is the Internet Universe:

Hi! I’m  Paula.

I’m a human being, just like you. If you are not, you are still welcomed. In this blog we do not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, race or planet of origin.

I live somewhere in London or Surrey, depending on who you ask, thus mastering the art of being in two places at once.

In a previous life I was a lawyer, owned suits and drank coffee.

Now I’m a writer and a Reiki Master, I wear Converse and drink green juice.

I love reading. These are some of my favourite books at the moment…

And I love writing too, it is my way of making sense of the world. I write, therefore I am.

I write books to express myself, and if they can help someone feel a little better and enjoy their lives more, then even better . More happy people = a happier planet. Most of my books and posts are written in my studio, (which is usually a bit more tidy than in the photo) …

I like crafting too (I like it a lot), thus the mess in the studio…

I hope if you are reading this, you’ll like to pop in often to share a virtual cup of tea and a biscuit, read about ways to feel better and cook healthier; and maybe, even discuss your thoughts about life, the world and all things holistic.

Some more things about me:

I love Hong Kong and Japan.

I watch Kdramas avidly.

I love Bubble tea.

I could eat Ramen everyday.

I have moved house, so I no longer have a cat friend that visits me every once in a while… He used to show up at my front door, and look at me as if he had a very important message to deliver…

I love swimming in the sea and walking in Kew Gardens.

I believe in kindness. I believe in love. I believe we are moving towards a more spiritual time.

I think today is a great day to be alive and to be grateful.
